Terms of Service

Last Updated: November 5, 2026

These terms cover the Dignity Ads website and any platform test access provided by Individual Entrepreneur Mariia Lomidze, registered in Georgia ("we", "us"). The same operator provides advertising services under the Dignity Agency brand. Agency engagements are agreed separately through an accepted invoice and the applicable dated Dignity Agency Terms, or another expressly agreed contract. A separately signed service contract is not required by these website terms.

1. Current availability and agency services

Dignity Ads is our advertising operations platform for analysis, automation, website audits and creative work. It is currently used by our team; standalone paid software subscriptions are not offered. Registration or limited test access does not include a commitment to provide every feature, a paid plan, a particular usage allowance or ongoing public access.

If you want our team to use its tools for your business, contact us to discuss agency services. Sending an inquiry, registering a test account or connecting an integration does not by itself appoint us to manage your advertising. Scope, account access, approvals, fees and responsibilities must be agreed separately.

We may offer standalone software access in the future. Any such offer will have its own availability, commercial terms and updated disclosures; no launch date or future access entitlement is promised.

2. Accounts and permitted testing

Use accurate registration information and protect your login credentials. You may only upload materials and connect accounts that you are authorized to use. Test access is intended for adult users evaluating the platform for professional purposes.

Do not use test access for unauthorized access, unlawful advertising, abuse, interference with the service or activity that breaches an advertising platform's rules. We may restrict features or suspend access to investigate abuse or protect accounts. Limited testing does not include an uptime guarantee or a promised support response time.

3. Advertising permissions and actions

A Dignity account does not grant access to any external advertising account. OAuth authorization, the permissions held in the advertising platform and access through a manager account determine which accounts can be reached. You must not authorize access on behalf of an advertiser without the necessary authority.

For agency engagements, permission to view account information and make advertising changes must follow the client agreement and agreed instructions. Actions can affect advertising spend and delivery. The scope of those permissions and any required approvals must be agreed before work starts; an authenticated session is not a blanket waiver of responsibility.

Advertising network charges are separate from our fees. Reports and optimization recommendations do not guarantee campaign approval, conversions, savings or a particular financial result.

4. AI outputs and supplied materials

AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect. Review recommendations, generated creatives and proposed advertising changes before relying on them. Do not submit materials you have no right to use, or passwords, OAuth tokens or unnecessary personal data in prompts.

You retain your rights in the materials you provide. You permit us to process those materials as needed for the requested test or agreed service, subject to our Privacy Policy and any client agreement. These terms do not transfer ownership of your advertising account or give us an unrestricted right to reuse your data.

The platform, its code, interface and original materials belong to us or our licensors. Test access gives you a limited right to use the features made available to you; it does not transfer ownership of the platform. You must have permission to use the materials you upload. If you believe material infringes your rights, contact [email protected].

Rights in AI-generated output depend on the materials, applicable law and the terms of the services used to create it. We do not guarantee that an output is unique, eligible for copyright protection, or free from third-party claims.

5. Privacy and client processing arrangements

Our Privacy Policy describes account information, website inquiries, integrations and AI processing. Where we process personal data on a client's instructions, the parties must agree the required data processing terms and service provider arrangements. These website terms do not automatically create a completed data processing agreement or international transfer agreement.

You can request account closure or deletion review at [email protected]. Stopping test access does not automatically terminate a separate agency agreement, revoke an MCC link or delete every record held by an external provider.

6. Fees, cancellation and service commitments

There is no standalone paid subscription, automatic renewal or software checkout offered under these terms. Agency fees, invoicing, cancellation, refunds, service levels and any agreed liability allocation belong in the applicable agency agreement. A pricing illustration on this website is not an available software subscription or a payment instruction.

Test features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. Nothing here excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or replaces obligations agreed through an accepted invoice and applicable agency Terms or another agreed contract.

7. Governing law, changes and contact

These website and test-access terms are governed by Georgian law. Subject to mandatory law, disputes under these terms fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Tbilisi, Georgia. A separate agency agreement may define the terms for that engagement.

We may update these terms and will identify the revision date on this page. Material changes to test access or data use will be communicated where required. Questions and requests: [email protected].
